the middle of the charming town of Foz do Arelho! Master bedroom
features one double bed, large built-in closet and walk-out to balcony. Second bedroom features two single beds
and large built-in closet. Combined dining & family room with
glass dining table, large
sofa, large LCD TV and DVD player. Ceramic floors throughout and a full WC with tub and
shower. This lovely apartment also boasts a modern and fully equipped
kitchen with a stainless steel gas cooktop, oven and exhaust, fridge and
freezer, microwave, toaster,
kettle and clothes washer and dryer! The kitchen also features a small
balcony. Just minutes walk
from all the local conveniences a small town has to offer, and an enjoyable
15 minute walk (1,5km) to our beautiful beaches! Relax and don't worry about parking since
you even have your own underground parking space!

e leitor DVD. WC completo. Moderna cozinha equipada com
placa e forno, frigorífico e congelador, micro-ondas, torradeira, chaleira e máquina de
lavar e secar roupa.
Cozinha com pequeno varandim. Estacionamento subterrâneo.
Uma
óptima localização muito calma apesar de estar apenas a poucos metros de
vários comércios. Com uma agradável caminhada de 15 minutos (1,5km), chegará à bela Praia da Lagoa, e mais um pouco
à galardoada Praia do Mar.

In the event of a
cancellation: Within 7 days of arrival you
forfeit your deposit. Outside of 7 days the cancellation fee is 20€. |

In the unfortunate
event of an early departure,
ie: not utilizing all your reserved nights, the maximum amount to be
reimbursed will be 10% of the value of the unused portion of your stay. |

Guests who visit
during your stay, and remain overnight will be required to pay a small extra
fee. |
|
Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. |
|
Smoking is not permitted indoors. |
|

Em caso de
anulação: Dentro de 7 dias antes da chegada não tem direito à
devolução do sinal. Fora dos 7 dias, custo de 20€. |

Em caso de
interromperem a estadia, ou seja não poderem usufruir de todas as
noites reservadas, o valor máximo de reembolso será 10% do valor das
noites não utilizadas. |

Visitas que
pernoitem convosco terão de pagar um pequeno custo adicional. |

Serviço de limpeza
não é prestado durante a estadia. |
|
Fumar dentro da
casa é proibido. |
